There is no service charge or any additional fees added to our guests’ bills.  Many Ontario resorts apply a service charge and/or a resort fee, also called a facility fee, a destination fee, an amenity fee, or a resort charge, as a separate mandatory fee that a guest must pay.  No additional charges or fees are applied to our guests’ bills other than the government mandated 13% Harmonized Sales Tax.  Gratuities are left to our customers’ discretion.  Many of our guests leave a gratuity to be divided amongst the entire staff at check-out.  Wedding packages are the only exception, having a facility charge applied.

Check in is 3-4 pm on the day of arrival and check out is 10-11 am on the day of departure.
