Yes, we require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The deposit amount and policies may vary based on the type of package or length of stay. Please refer to the specific booking terms for more details.

Should you have to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded 25% so long as it is cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival. The remaining 25%, less $250, will be refunded if we are able to rebook the room. We are not liable or responsible for non-utilization of any package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
