Dining at Severn Lodge | Sample Menus
Below are samples of the types of menu items that we feature on our daily menus. Our executive chef and his staff prepare tantalizing culinary masterpieces that offer a choice of a delectable appetizer, soup or salad, a main entrée, delicious dessert, and a non-alcoholic beverage. Fresh local ingredients are used where possible, some of which are from our own gardens. There are usually 4-5 dinner entrée choices with at least one vegetarian choice each day. Luncheon choices are offered either from a menu in our dining room or a lakeside barbecue buffet.
We feature fine dining in a family friendly atmosphere. Our dining room is licensed by the LLBO and smoke free for your dining pleasure.

Outdoor Luncheon Barbecue
We provide a barbecue lunch several times a week throughout the summer. There is a variety of grilled items such as chicken, sausages, hamburgers, veggie burgers & hot dogs. As well there are assorted salads, french fries, fresh vegetable spears & dip, assorted fresh baked breads & buns, and traditional barbecue condiments.
