Below are samples of the types of menu items that we feature on our daily menus. Our executive chef and his staff prepare tantalizing culinary masterpieces that offer a choice of a delectable appetizer, soup or salad, a main entrée, delicious dessert, and a non-alcoholic beverage. Fresh local ingredients are used where possible, some of which are from our own gardens. There are usually 4-5 dinner entrée choices with at least one vegetarian choice each day. Luncheon choices are offered either from a menu in our dining room or a lakeside barbecue buffet.

We feature fine dining in a family friendly atmosphere. Our dining room is licensed by the LLBO and smoke free for your dining pleasure.

Sample Luncheon Selections

Homemade Soup & Fresh Garden Salad
– served with a choice of dressing and a fresh bread basket

Grilled Atlantic Salmon Steak
– served with a tangy grapefruit and ginger vinaigrette on a bed of mixed greens

Peppered Lamb Tenderloin
– served with a Greek salad with peppers, onions, cucumbers, black olives and feta cheese

Traditional Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken Breast
– served with bacon bits and fresh lemon wedges

Grilled Chicken Breast on a Bed of Mixed Greens
– topped with apples, toasted pecans, and honey mustard dressing

Hearty Fresh Fish Chowder
– delicious fresh water fish with julienne of vegetables and potatoes and served with a fresh bread basket

Homemade Soup and a Deli Sandwich
– your choice of delicious deli meat, served with vegetable spears

Outdoor Luncheon Barbecue
– a variety of grilled items such as chicken, salmon, sausages, hamburgers & hot dogs. As well there are assorted salads, french fries, fresh vegetable spears & dip, assorted fresh baked breads & buns, and traditional barbecue condiments.

Pan Fried Georgian Bay Pickerel Fillet
– served with toasted pecans, fresh garden vegetables and parsley potatoes

Oven Roasted Supreme of Capon
– served with a maple orange glaze, fresh garden vegetables and new potatoes

Fillet of Arctic Char
– served with a lemon dill hollandaise, fresh garden vegetables, and rice pilaf

Oven Roasted Breast of Ontario Turkey
– stuffed with apple and mango and served with oven roasted sweet potatoes and fresh garden vegetables

Poached Fillet of Atlantic Salmon
– served with a Riesling sauce, fresh vegetables, and new potatoes

Roast Loin of Pork
– served with a sour cherry and burgundy sauce, fresh garden vegetables, and roasted new potatoes

Roast Alberta Prime Rib of Beef
– served au jus with homemade Yorkshire pudding, fresh vegetables, and mini red potatoes

Angel Hair Pasta
– served on roasted bell pepper pesto with jumbo shrimps and scallops

Tri-Colored Penne Pasta Greek Style
– served with sun dried tomatoes, spinach, olives, feta cheese in a delicious basil broth
